About the event
What are you ready to let go of and where are you ready to bloom? Give your self space to assess your current moment in life and contemplate your path forward in this sacred tea ceremony celebrating the Spring Equinox.
After a brief introduction about the tea ceremony, participants will be given space for introspection and meditation during this wordless 1 hour ceremony. Several rounds of organic ceremonial grade Pu-erh tea from South Asia will be served on a beautiful altar accompanied by healing music. After the ceremony participants will have the opportunity to connect and share their insights with the group. We sit on cushions on the floor for this event but special arrangements can be made for a chair if needed. Please message me ahead of time to request a chair. You may add an RSO cannabis infusion to your tea for deeper relaxation and insight.
