Class description:

Slow down, tune in, and melt into deep relaxation with cannabis-friendly yoga at MO Growing Supplies in St. Clair. This is a gentle, elevated yoga experience designed for all levels—no experience necessary. Come as you are and move at your own pace. We’ll also have live music for this special first session — Gravy Dave’s Funky Loops will be playing ambient guitar while we stretch and flow.
