Yoga Session: Transition into a 50-minute yoga class, where you'll engage in a full-body stretch and tension release. Our gentle, guided practice will help you unwind and restore balance.
Sound Bath Savasana: Conclude your experience with a 20-minute sound bath savasana, allowing the soothing vibrations to deepen your relaxation and enhance your sense of well-being.
