Puff N Pose Yoga
A gentle, elevated yoga experience for all levels—no experience necessary. Class is held at this location every 2nd and 4th Saturday, 10:00am-11:15am
Doors open: 9:45 AM
Arrive early to purchase your preferred elevation (edible, smokeable, or drinkable) from Sticky’s and settle in. Please note: outside cannabis is not permitted, just as you wouldn’t bring your own alcohol to a bar.
Class starts: 10:10 AM
Enjoy a 50-minute gentle yoga class focused on stretching, relaxation, and stress relief. Movements are slow, guided, and beginner-friendly. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
