About the event

Cannabis Infusion:
- Cannabis Infusion:
  Begin your journey with 10-15 minutes of relaxation. Choose between an edible or a pre-roll to start your relaxation.
- Yoga Session:
  Transition into a 50-minute yoga class, where you'll engage in a full-body stretch and tension release. Our gentle, guided practice will help you unwind and restore balance.
- Extended meditation with healing touch: With consent, the instructor will offer a light healing energetic touch to each student's forehead and shoulder at the end of class.
