🤸♀️ 50ish minutes of easy beginner Yoga in a fun and relaxed environment that allows you to stop and pet the goats or spark one up anytime you want. The yoga class is outside in full sun, so plan accordingly with sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses if desired.
