Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through a series of yoga poses after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow with modifications to amplify or reduce the intensity of each pose.
