Puff and Pose Yoga Wednesdays at Nature's Roots

**** The location for today's event has moved to Nature's Roots apothecary in Washington. It was originally scheduled for a spot in Pacific.

Join us for a unique yoga experience at Nature's Roots Apothecary. Relax and unwind with a chill flow in the rejuvenating energy of this new sanctuary.

  Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through a series of yoga poses after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow with modifications to amplify or reduce the intensity of each pose. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event!   

I have mats and blocks to lend out but feel free to bring your own mat and props. The ticket includes a pre-roll or edible.    I will have my dab rig.   Class is indoors and space is limited to 12 people so register today! The event is about 1 hour 10 mins to allow time for consumption at the beginning.
