Puff and Pose Yoga

Join us for a unique yoga experience at Nature's Roots Apothecary in Washington, MO. Relax and unwind with a chill flow in the rejuvenating energy of a metaphysical shop. Our talented instructors will guide you through a series of yoga poses after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow with modifications to amplify or reduce the intensity of each pose.
