Puff and Pose Yoga

Join us for a unique yoga experience at Nature's Roots Apothecary in Pacific, MO.  Our instructor, Pamela Sprecher, will guide you through yoga poses after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow suitable for beginners set to a chill playlist.  Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event!  I have mats and props to loan out.  Cannabis included!  You will get to choose an edible or pre-roll and I will have my dab rig and some concentrates to share.  Class is indoors and space is limited so register today! The event is 1 hour and 15 mins to allow time for smoking at the beginning.  ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.
